I am not successfull in importing files into this application.
I am using iMac; High Sierra 10.13.6 – ibooks is broken, apparently there is an issue with this app on High Sierra. I need to read some information on my ibooks. So, I figured buying this application with that in mind. However, I am not able import my books.
My books are in the iBooks/books directory. They are all numerically designated, that is; I cannot tell what they are because they are identified on by a 10 digit number. I was able to drag and drop one into the application, but it was all gibberish, symbols on screen, and it seems it took the book and put the chapters into different books. It is a big reference book.
It looks like a nice application and I’d like to use it. Hopefully, someone will have a solution. In the meantime I need to look at other apps. My need for this reference information is urgent.
